My child was there for about 7 months. Slowly things started revealing. Initially I thought it takes time for the child to adjust to the new environment but even after months my child appeared stressed.The teacher in the classroom was accusative and complaining about the children. One day by the time I went to pick up my child she was screaming at the children to stop what they were doing. Most of the staff including the director were unfriendly and unprofessional. The worst part is my child was asked to be evaluated as they thought that he had developmental issues. When I spoke to my childs pediatrician, the pediatrician literally laughed and said that these people are stupid.Not sure what degrees these teachers hold. No matter what degree you have, you need to understand childhood psychology which comes with love.Everyday the teacher accused my child for silly things which are what kids do at that age. If we need to teach them not to do such things we explain to them with love and caring which is highly lacking. My child got so stressed out with this day care that he even developed dark circles around his eyes and he used to cry every day not wanting to go there.These kids do not deserve this traumatic treatment at this age.I am a physician myself and I spoke to the director who has no clue about children developmental phases.Their teaching is inappropriate for that age groups.They give a picture as though they are highly academic but they teach age inappropriate stuff to these kids.My child was above his age standards in his prior day care before tutor time(unfortunately I had to move out of that town for employment reasons).I am happy to say that I changed my child to a different day care after tutor time. Now the teachers in the current day care are very happy with his performance as well as my child.Tutor time is detrimental and traumatic to child's development.They do not know how to handle kids and instead will picture your child as the faulty one.Expensive does'nt mean good. I was mistaken initially.
