Where to start with the disappointment in this place? My son and future daughter-in-law booked the resort for their special wedding day a year prior to the actual wedding date. When my husband and I went to book the rehearsal dinner and make the deposit we were told we would have access to the Reflections Ballroom for rehearsal and the Grand ballroom to decorate the day before the wedding. Less than three weeks before the wedding we were informed we would not have access to either of those ballrooms, Grand ballroom to decorate until 11pm Friday night! Reflections ballroom for rehearsal at 2pm Friday! No one in the wedding party will even be there at 2pm!!! For the money that this young couple put out to have the wedding of their dreams,they are getting nothing but a horrible nightmare. I wouldn't reccomend lake view resort for any occasion unless you want to end up in tears!! We are two weeks and two days away from the wedding and the bride to be is on the verge of a nervous breakdown!
