DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS...
They knowingly setup a jumper in an unpermitted location and accepted $200. They were called back to pick-up jumper within an 90-minutes of set-up. When we asked to rescheduled the jumper for another date the operator "Juan" told us that they would not honor the $200 fee paid to them and another $200 would be required. Our family tried working something out with these guys in good faith but they refused to make good on what they were paid for. They have no interest in making the customer happy.
Unfortunately, we're in the process of filing small claims court case so that another family doesn't have to experiences what we went through this weekend (3/31/12).
This is NOT a business you want to hire for your special events!!
