HANDS DOWN THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL JUMPER SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS...

TERRIBLE AND UNETHICAL-WORST JUMPER SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! 4/2/2012

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS... They knowingly setup a jumper in an unpermitted location and accepted $200. They were called back to pick-up jumper within an 90-minutes of set-up. When we asked to rescheduled the jumper for another date the operator "Juan" told us that they would not honor the $200 fee paid to them and another $200 would be required. Our family tried working something out with these guys in good faith but they refused to make good on what they were paid for. They have no interest in making the customer happy. Unfortunately, we're in the process of filing small claims court case so that another family doesn't have to experiences what we went through this weekend (3/31/12). This is NOT a business you want to hire for your special events!! more

Inflatable Jump Houses-Rentals 10/28/2009

I was talking to a neighbor and mentioned that my girls (6 year old twins!) wanted a jumper for their birthday party. Turns out his wife's family has a jumper rental business. So I call these guys I got a package deal where they threw in tables and chairs. It was totally worth the price. Rather than trying to entertain 15 plus kids for several hours, we just rented a jumper and let them run wild. We played a few games with the kids as well, but the jumper kept them occupied and allowed me to take a break.
