Review content:
purchased and large entertainment center. one base and a large hutch. Prior to delivery, they said top hutch was damaged during shipment and they needed to order another. They said they can bring the borrom, but we just said no problem, bring them together.
A week later, they return and it looks fabulous. no probems... until, a couple of years later, we notice something up with one of the corners on the top hutch. My cousin, who owns a large moving company in the north east US, noticed this too, and actually commented that this was a real bad repair job. I have never see this before, so I didnt even think of that. No doubt, it was the damaged piece they just had fixed and redeliverd.
bunch of liars.
Funny thing is, my cousin also mentioned, when this happens, they just call the factory and just ship a new one right away and the furniture stores make out because they sell both as brand new.
Dont go here. I prefer to support local mom and pop stores, but lots of people dont.. and here is why.
