my apt was at 12:00 got their 20 min early and did not get called till 20 after 12 and then sat in the chair for another 20 min before being seen by the doctor. They did say sorry and gave me a free bottle of mouth wash. But Why make apt if your not going to be seen on time, my time is just as important.
