Dr. Scott did a very good job no pain. When I went to pay they said it would cost x amount. I gave them my bank card she came back with receipt for me to sign and there was $20.25 difference.I ask and the first girl(at the front) said it was a past due balance. I said no I always pay after services rendered. So she sent me to someone else (in office) they said it was my deductible.Rather then explain or show it to me she shoved the paper at me to sign. This has happened to 2 other people I know. I have a budget to live on. I also signed a paper just before services rendered on x amount that was $20.25 lower. I have also received statement from insurance that I have payed more then they allowed. My insurance person told me that I should only pay members cost.
