We will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. A friend recommended I take my daughter there, they were nice and got us in that day. I take her in, we sit and wait 1 hr AFTER our appointment time, they looked at my daughter's mouth and started immediately taking x-rays - rushing us from one machine to the other it was crazy! After they got their guarranteed payment for x-rays that they knew my insurance would pay for they told me to take her somewehere else!! They could not do what needed to be done. They knew that before taking the x-rays but they wanted to make sure they got paid for SENDING US SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They are strickly about the money not about the patient. God help you if you go and don't have insurance, we had it and they sent us away!!!! more

Dr. Scott was a great dentist, very compassion and caring.% Stars for him! The my dentist staff and including the assistance I PERSONALLY HAD a whole other story. Barely 1 star for them. I cant say that all the staff is bad, I only dealed with 4 of them, including 2 dental assistants. I was very unhappy with them! The one dental assistant had a black and white striped poncho on and when we went to adjust my nose piece for the gas it kept on hitting me in the face. Not even right!!! Then when I was left alone for about 30 mins and no one came back to check on me. If they did, they never asked me I was alright. (The reason I know it was that long I was testing on my cellphone, before the dentist or anyone came back in) I dont know, I hate doing reviews but I did have a personal bad experience. There is other staff in the office and I am sure they are outstanding, as I said Dr. Scott was great! I couldnt ask for a better dentist! I am sorry I have to change offices due to my bad experience. Go yourself and please dont take my word on it alone, you might get the pick of the lottery and come out shining. Having Dr. Scott as your dentist you will win hands down! (Hopefully better assistants then what I had that day.) more

Dr. Scott is 5 stars, his assistant 4 stars. they are the only reason I am still with My Dentist. Your Billing clerk is another thing, I have a question with having to pay two times for a bottom plate, I do not owe this, the Doctor who ordered the first plate was in error, Dr. Scott said it would not work and had to order something that does work. The first dentist knew I was getting mini clips. This caused me to have to pay additional 940.00 plus lab of $500. for a total of $1440.00, I am 73 yrs old, on social security and I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY. She insisted it was my fault. I will not send people to you if you cannot be trusted to be fair. more

Dr. Scott did a very good job no pain. When I went to pay they said it would cost x amount. I gave them my bank card she came back with receipt for me to sign and there was $20.25 difference.I ask and the first girl(at the front) said it was a past due balance. I said no I always pay after services rendered. So she sent me to someone else (in office) they said it was my deductible.Rather then explain or show it to me she shoved the paper at me to sign. This has happened to 2 other people I know. I have a budget to live on. I also signed a paper just before services rendered on x amount that was $20.25 lower. I have also received statement from insurance that I have payed more then they allowed. My insurance person told me that I should only pay members cost. more

I recently went to get my first filling of my life and was quite nervous about the experience. It turned out to be quick, easy and fairly painless. The staff are always plesant and concerned about trying to make you as comfortable as possible. more

Actually made visiting the dentist a pleasurable and posiitve experience. Courteous and friendly staff, from the moment you walk in the door, until your treatment is completed. Fast and efficient. Sends reminder for scheduled appoinment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist. more

Everything was done in a first rate time and with the least hard ship for the patient, which was me. The people was pros. more

I had a permanent liner put in my lower denture and have found out the powder does not work for me. I ate a hamburger and finally had to remove the denture to finish my burger. Came home and put Fixodent food seal in and later (5:30 or so) ate goulosh and mac salad and had no problem. When I went to brush my teeth, I had trouble taking the denture out, so maybe, I will keep my fingers crossed, it will work. more
