Review content:
Appreciated the competent, relaxing service, but a few small issues kept it from being excellent. Loved the table warmer, soft blanket and hand massage. On the other hand, the towels were way too scalding hot and pressure was too hard, even after menioning it. Music's really loud, but room seems not to be sound-proofed enough to block outside voices/noise otherwise. Aesthetician never asked how levels were on either of these. Wish there were fewer long breaks where she didn't do anything; maybe a scalp massage or something while waiting? Finally, some sort of balm for the lips would be very much appreciated before or at least after facial as well as a glass of water.
