This salon does not provide full service blowouts. They advertised the blowout to include "blow-dry and style." I, however, just left with blow dried hair. Stick straight, flat, limp and ugly hair is what I received for my $36 service. I should have stayed home and done it myself. As a matter of fact, I re-washed it when I got home it looked so terrible. Multiple people saw my hair after leaving and agreed it looked horrible! The stylist parted my hair down the middle, dried it with a paddle brush (no round brush) and applied a heavy application of dry shampoo (?) to my hair once it was dry. The roots were flat and stuck to my head, the ends stick straight and flyaway.
