I have taken my car to LK for a few things so far. Most recently I had some warranty work done at the dealership and they told me I needed a oil change. I told them that I would wait because I wanted to use my shop that has a great deal. So I go out of my way to go to LK and drop the car off and then come to pick it up and they wanted over $40 for an oil change! I have never paid more than $20 here and that is why I come back. I told the woman there and she told me oh well you got a email with the $18.95 oil change price and that goes all this month....then she still would not fix the charges! Told me to bring another car in and they would give me that price for the entire month?! (I have no other car and last i checked you have at least 3 months in between changes) Then just said oh ok well next time I will give you a discount. I am on a limited imcome and next time won't be happening with this shop they have lost me as a customer this is ridiclous.
