Went there last saturday with some friends from San Antonio,we bragged about this place to them so they agreed to drive up 2 hrs to meet us for dinner there. Service was HORRIBLE! Spoke with the management and told her my emberrassing experience. Gives us a gift card and tells us to please come back and DON'T WRITE ANYTHING NEGATIVE ONLINE! So, we give them a chance, order fajitas to go, family size which is a pound and a half. We ordered shrimp and fajitas. I get home, only to find only 4 strips of fajita, and about a pound of shrimp! So, I call, and speak to the manager, he tells me, "that didn't happen sir", I was like, "are you calling me a liar?", his reply, " well sir, that didn't happen, you can bring your plate back and show me!" WOW, I asked for a refund, and his name, he said for me to "call the corporate office". AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I called back, spoke to "another manger" and he told me to come back and he'd fix the problem. COME BACK? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I politely told him I was too angry to come back, and that I know my temper, and if I come back tonight, I would be ugly, and i don't want to stoop to his level. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AGAIN.
