I am fairly new to Nashville and was seeking a new stylist to handle my curly, frizzy, coarse, and out of control hair. After reading hundreds of reviews online, I decided to give Unruli a try. Setting up my appt was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. They set me up with the owner Uli. I had a consultation back in July and he recommended the Keratin treatment to tame my frizzy curls. He informed me it would last approx 4 months, depending on my hair type. He also assured me I would have the best hair cut I had ever had! I was excited to hear that. I have had so many bad hair cuts in the past and it is hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. But, with Uli's experience I put my trust in his skills. A week later, I had the keratin applied to my hair, and Uli truly delivered on his guarantee; my haircut was amazing. I'm still getting compliments! The keratin treatment made my hair soft and looked great, while still maintaining my natural curls. Uli was great and very professional the entire time. About two weeks later in August, after washing my hair several times, I noticed my hair was becoming frizzy again around my hairline, and tangly in spots. I contacted Uli to discuss this with him and asked him what he recommended. He suggested applying the brazilian blowout around my hairline to manage the frizz. So, I made an appt with him that week and the rest is history......
My hair looks gorgeous after applying the brazilian blowout. It has made my styling time so much easier. My hair is so much softer and much easier to manage.
Thanks to Uli and his staff for making me a believer that frizzy hair can be managed!
