I found Unruli to be a mixed bag. I got the best haircut I ever had, but the brow wax sucked and the customer service sucked, which was disappointing because I heard they were the best thing since sliced bread. Ashley, at the front desk talked to me like I was a 2 year old, very condescending, and the girl who did my brow wax had bad breath and left sticky wax on my face. My haircut was amazing... Tarra, was her name, I think....
worth the money....nah.
