I just moved to Tennessee from New York and was looking for a new salon. I read all the great reviews for Unruli on City Search, so I made an appointment with Uli. I had the Keratin treatment and my hair looks fantastic! I had some damage that made my hair look dry and frizzy, but after the Keratin treatment, my hair is soft and silky. It looks so healthy and shiny now, I would recommend this treatment to anyone. The whole experience was great. From the time you walk in the door everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Its more like a spa experience, so relaxing. The offer tea when you enter, warm towels when you are shampooed, and the shampoo chairs leans back like a recliner. I love this salon!
