I live in California and have never been to a spa in Minnesota before but in my opinion this is not a spa, it's a salon that offers spa services. I'm accustomed to a facilities that at least have a common whirl pool, steam room, relaxation room and at least showers that you can use throughout your day at the spa. I even asked if there was a whirl pool and steam room at this facility when I booked my services. They said yes and I assumed this meant it was part of spending the day at the spa but what they didn't mention was that you had to book these and pay for their use. A very unfortunate miscommunication. There's a waiting room where you wait in your street clothes. Even though I was booked for three services I wasn't offered a robe until I complained. Aside from the disappointing facilities, my services were all good and my masseuse and aesthetician were both very nice and professional. Pros: Good services. Cons: Facilities.
