I made a same-day appointment for about 2 hours later than my initial call. I arrived a few minutes early and overheard the desk staff calling the masseuse who was scheduled for my massage to see if he was on his way. Apparently he did not know he had an appointment, so he arrived a few minutes late. That was not a very big deal, but seemed unprofessional. The desk staff gossiped about other employees and spent time texting on their personal cell phones. My massage was so-so. I felt like the masseuse didn't use techniques to massage deeper into my knotted muscles. It felt more like a moving jack-hammer than smooth moving pressure. Also, he was sniffling the entire time and sounded a bit stuffed up, which made me feel like I would probably get sick too, though I didn't. The whole experience was a let-down. I will not go back.

Cons: late start, unprofessional staff, uncomfortable wating area
