This salon is probably the worst ive ever been to. i may as well have gone to any back street salon and saved myself alot of money. the staff are rude and ignorant, they make you feel as though your a second rate person. they are to bust eating and chatting to answer you when you ask them something. the quality of the work you recive after the long perods of waiting in between services is far below standard. after having my color washed out i was made to wait in the middle of the shop with soaking wet hair for nearly 30 minutes to have my hair cut. i wish i had left then as when the stylist had finished my trim my hair was 6 inches shorter and looked as thouhj she had done it with garden shears. never again.
Pros: i cant think of one
Cons: staff are rude, ignorant and incompetant
