I had the worst experiance at christies I went into the salon and asked for a body wave. I was promised a beach wave air dry style what I got was a mess! After admitting that my hair was left dry and damaged they said that they could do nothing for 2 weeks because of all of the chemicals in my hair. The day before my appointment at 9 o'clock at night they called to say that they decided there was nothing else they could do for me and I shouldn't bother coming in for my appointment because there would be nobody there to help me. When I asked when they were going to reschedule they told me that they were not going to reschedule and that they were "done with me" I spent $225 and about $100 to get it fixed! I can't believe that a salon that claims to be the "best in Queens" won't take responsibility when they mess up.
