Review content:
We went to Almvigs on a referral looking for a specific appliance. The unit we were looking for needed to be ordered with a long lead time. They showed us an even better unit immediately available. We purchased the unit and scheduled delivery. Nightmare. Missed the delivery time ....twice on two different days. When they finally got there, two guys. One on a headset making a personal phone call and the other one texting the entire time. The really disappointing part was the response at the store when we were trying to get information. They don't answer the phone nor do they respond to a voicemail. After multiple tries and finally connecting,, the response was ... Indifference - wel'll get to you when we get to you. Not what we expected based on the referral, All in all, disappointing.
