Nichole at Salon Monten has been doing my hair for some time now and I have been very happy with the results. She really cares about how it turns out.
I also really like that the products don't contain the chemicals like you find at conventional salons. In a ethically-correct shopping guide I was reading recently Aveda products (and parent company) were one of very few that received an 'A' grade.
