I had used Charter Oak Landscaping for two of my rental properties and had quite a few problems with their work quality and timing. More often than not, I was told that they would be there on a certain day and then I would not hear from them until a few days after the date that I was expecting them. This was very frustrating as my time is limited. When they finally showed up, I was not that impressed with the landscaping work. I found it to be messy, at best. I also used Charter Oak for snow plowing and had countless issues with them not showing up to plow myself and my tenants out in the morning. At times, we were not plowed out until as late at 5pm. I am no longer using Charter Oak's services, for obvious reasons...and I gave them many, many times to clean up their act.
