I did'nt buy my 2008 VW GTI from South Bay VW, but they have been servicing it for about a year now, I have gotten to know one of the service advisors there pretty well, his name is Cesar Arango and if you have any V-Dub needs he's the man to go see. I normally set up appointments for faster service, but I did have a emrgency situation with my car and had to have it checked out asap, I waited for only about an hour and they wrapped up the problem I was having with my car and along I went. The waiting area was nice had a tv, drinks (16oz. Pepsi's only .75 cents), magazines, and VW broshures. I had my Ipad with me and they do have wi-fi if you ask them for the password which was no problem and I just played a few games and returned emails. I have had several great visits there and thinking of taking my '05 Audi TT for normal service. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!
