Hi, I've been living at my apartment for almost a year now, and honestly I've never had such an awful experience. Shiprock places are smoke free, when I have neighbors smoking. All they did was write letters. My upstairs neighbors have parties all the time, the recycling can prove it. They just wrote letters and nothing is happening. Now the neighbors are saying we have a dog, when its our next door neighbors that do. It's been nothing but a nightmare here. I can't wait to get my family out.
