I brought my car in for service and used the shuttle service which was ready and waiting. I really appreciated the shuttle service which took me back to my home to wait. I received a call that my vehicle was just about done. This was earlier than I expected. I mentioned I needed the shuttle. However, after an hour and 45 minutes had passed, I called and they said another 20 -25 minutes. I said ok and waited. After about 45 minutes the shuttle called and said they'd be there in 15 minutes, which they were. The problem was that after the first phone call saying they were just about done, 3 hours went by before they were actually done. The shuttle came as soon as he was notified, so it wasn't his fault. The problem was that I was watching and waiting for them for about 2 hours when I could have been productive doing other things if they were accurate in their time estimates. The waiting area is very clean and nice, though, and the people look professional.
