Review content:
On my recent visit to Maternity TLC, I was a little disappointed. I was looking for a nice pair of maternity jeans and anything else that I could find that appealed to me. However, upon entering, I found that the store was cluttered and difficult to navigate. As a first-time expectant mom, I needed some guidance. The staff seemed friendly enough, but after the initial greeting, no one approached me at all. Their selection of maternity clothing was decent, not extensive, and a little overpriced, in my opinion.
At the time, we had not yet purchased our son's bedding, and I was thinking about shopping there. I only saw a few bedding sets displayed, though. Perhaps they custom order most bedding? Because we wanted to see our bedding "in person" before purchasing, we ended up going out of town to one of the larger chain baby outfitters.
I might revisit Maternity TLC if I'm ever looking for a hard-to-find specialty baby item. Even then, I will call first.
