Review content:
Lockworx is a very professional and welcoming salon. The little touches such as the head and neck massage that is given before a hair cut to the warm towel that is placed under your neck before your shampoo makes it a very nice and relaxing experience. As a very busy working mother, I appreciate people actually listening to me and providing accurate feedback. At my first visit, my stylist, Kaylei, listened to what I wanted (a cut and style that was easy to care for yet still professional looking) and then offered suggestions as to what would best suit me. She was also the first stylist who actually cut my hair based on how I parted it rather than my natural part. After she was finished with the cut, she told me exactly what she was doing to style my hair and how I could duplicate the look at home.
I will definitely be returning to this salon! Just make sure you make an appointment as they fill up quickly! My only annoyance is that the sign by the street is mis-spelled (Lockworks). For a truly professional look, they should pay to have that corrected.
Pros: Great staff, competitive pricing
Cons: Their appointments fill up quickly
