Review content:
A co-worker referred me to Kai to help fix a bad at-home color. I work and live quite a distance from the salon, so I was hesitant at first. Nearly 2.5 years later, I'm hooked! They go above and beyond to make clients feel pampered with details like providing hand lotion and a warm washcloth, hooks next to the workstations for purses, rewards punch cards, and prize drawings for those booking their next appointments at check-out. I've been to most, if not all, the high-end salons in the metro, and Kai Salon is on par.
