Ron is one of those rare servicemen who won't just come in, and take the easy route of telling you that you need a whole new appliance. He takes time to figure out what the problem is, he doesn't put the fear of God into you that the appliance is so outdated that he wouldn't be able to find you the parts so you should consider just purchasing new...he KNOWS how to fix it and he isn't guessing. I trust him to do all our service for our appliances because he is honest and takes time to fix it. HIs wife, Mary, called me when the part was on back order but even though Ron was in the hospital for a bad back, when he was discharged,they came out to do the work. My stove works better than whenit was new.
