Review content:
Dear Sirs, 10/07/2011 I am complaining about the service provided by your company. I meet with Mr. Ed (the owner) at BNI and he recommended that I have my "state inspection" at his facility. I called the office and declared my intention and I repeated this intention upon arrival. I was presented with a bill of value $573 (it was higher but this amount was the "must" do or fail the inspection). The items ranged from cleaning head lights to (recommended brake change to flushing various systems). I declined the un-related work to the state inspection but I was decline the inspection. I was charged $16 for alleged "pre-inspection" which was not the purpose of visit to the shop. I drove from Short Pump to your shop (about 70 miles round trip), wasted total of three hours driving and waiting and I paid $16 dollars and did not get the inspection. I went to spare parts shop and bought $25 kit to clean the headlights. Today I passed the state inspection and received Sticker number P3942293 dated 10/07/2011 at station 9120- complete automotive of Richmond Inspector 6799- Radcliffe, Darrell My brakes passed the inspection. All items listed in your "bill" were not needed to pass the inspection. I request a refund of the charge $16 which I did not ask for. Please share this e-mail with the owner "Ed". Thanks, Jamil Touma
