Do not rent/do any sort of business with Elder Company/Construction out of Springdale Arkansas. They care only about getting your money and nothing else. If you have a problem in your unit it takes an act of God for them to even return your call let alone come and fix it. Travis and Debbie that work in the office are the absolute worst. Sure in the beginning they are great, but you are signing a lease with them. After that forget about good service or any kind of humane treatment. They have no heart and do not care about their tenants......only the monthly check that comes along with them. If you do sign a lease with them beware you have to let them know exaclty 30 days before your lease is up if you plan on moving....not 29 days....not 31 days...exactly 30....so tattoo that date on your forehead and remember it. There is no getting out of it. I got signed up for another year lease and my rent went up 200 bucks. They will not work with you under any circumstance. If you had someone in your family die and had to move home or something....get ready to keep paying that rent....Seriously.....HEARTLESS. I thank God I finally got out of there. And don't even think about breaking the lease......they will turn you over to collections.....Oh and by the way....the units may look nice and expensive but they are cheaply built. I had a crack in the wall from settling and they tried to tell me it was my fault.....Sure.... Seriously......do not rent with these people. I warned you.....
