As a woman, it can be very intimidating to take your car in for any service or repair--even a simple oil change. I took my car in to B&B after hearing about their grand opening specials (wow! only $17.95); I was worried about getting the same line as I usually get at big chains about needing a new this that or the other but to my delight my car was serviced quickly and without any hassles. I even got a free refreshment in the office--which was very clean and nice. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for regular maintenance as well as for any repairs. An actual honest mechanic--just what this town needs!!
