ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went to get the "ombre" look which is dark at top and slowly fades to lighter and looks natural and like a beach look. Sean was my stylist, I brought in several pictures of what I wanted it to look like, and he continued to color my hair like they way that he thought I wanted it. After washing my hair he then curled it, I liked it when I left. (I spent 140 on this look) When I got home and straightened it I realized he had done a HORRIBLE job there were dark streaks and chunks in the light part of my hair and the color was so uneven I could've done a better job out of a box at home! I couldn't even wear my hair down without getting looked at funny. I called and complained and they had me come in to fix my hair for free. I arrived and had Jenny as my stylist she acted as if nothing was wrong with my hair and had the manager come out and they both said " since your hair was dark there will be some pieces that the color wont pull through all the way" ( i kept thinking in my head so im supposed to look like a zebra??!!?) They continued to tell me they couldn't just dye my hair back to my solid brunette color before ( because i would have to pay for it!!) they could only try and re-do the ombre look they already messed up..after 20 minutes of prying at them they agreed to dye it my original hair color. SERVICE WAS UNEXCEPTABLE, and extremely rude. NOT ONCE did anyone from the place apologize for what they had done to my hair or admit that the first stylist had messed up....needless to say I will never go back there again i ended up paying 160 for them to damage my hair be rude to me and dye it back to the color i first had. I hope nobody ever has to go through with this EVER.
