I've had to use this specific Solantic twice in the last 2 years when my Primary Care could not fit me in for a week - Both times the doctor and staff was very attentive and helpful. I was in and out - one visit was afternoon and the other was early morning and both times I was in and out in just over an hour which is amazing for "urgent care". I haven't experienced what the previous poster stated - either visit. The office is neat and well kept also. The waiting area could be more comfortable as you have really sick kids next to people getting routine tests, but that is the nature of offices like this also.
