I was having problems with my eye when I first called the office. They initially couldn't take my appointment because I was trying to schedule it as a regular checkup. Once they found out that I was developing a rash and my eye was inflamed they took me the same day. They were very busy and took me after hours and Dr. Lai explained that my allergies were causing my eyes to swell and prescribed me some drops to alleviate the symptoms. I followed up a few weeks later for a regular check up and to see if my symptoms were gone. This is a great place. I will come again!
