My hairstylist is great. She is very professional and I am very happy with her all around. Usually the shampoo is fine, but twice I have had "beginners" who didn't totally wash out the color in the back of my head. My stylist graciously makes up for it. The final product is always great, and the price is very good. I will go to Genesis because I feel very at home there as well. I would recommend Genesis to anyone who wants a great cut and color for a reasonable price
