Review content:
I was married a couple of years ago and had a bad experience with Rachal and Tony. I was warned by a previous customer , but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My bridal shoot was rushed because she had a hair appointment. When I ordered one of my pictures it was not what I wanted and they charged me anyway. I ordered a 16x20 and when I arrived home I noticed it had an air bubble in the portrait and immediately called to see what went wrong. They accused me of tampering with the picture on the way home. After a long discussion about it they sent it back to the company to be replaced. I also purchased a cd of all my pictures. I understand it was $80 for a cd of my proofs and paid for them. Rachel then called and stated that her husband didn't charge me the right amount and I owed them another $80. They then tried to trick me into bring the cd back by saying that they lost my pictures in the database and needed to copy the cd. Needless to say I did not give them my cd. I felt with all the trouble I went through I was not giving them another penny.
