Rachel & Tony's Photography

I was married a couple of years ago and had a bad experience with Rachal and Tony. I was warned by a previous customer , but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My bridal shoot was rushed because she had a hair appointment. When I ordered one of my pictures it was not what I wanted and they charged me anyway. I ordered a 16x20 and when I arrived home I noticed it had an air bubble in the portrait and immediately called to see what went wrong. They accused me of tampering with the picture on the way home. After a long discussion about it they sent it back to the company to be replaced. I also purchased a cd of all my pictures. I understand it was $80 for a cd of my proofs and paid for them. Rachel then called and stated that her husband didn't charge me the right amount and I owed them another $80. They then tried to trick me into bring the cd back by saying that they lost my pictures in the database and needed to copy the cd. Needless to say I did not give them my cd. I felt with all the trouble I went through I was not giving them another penny. more

I would not recommend Rachel & Tony's Photography. I've dealt with them in the year of 2004 for a certain engagment and was not pleased. The pictures were not what I ordered and they did nothing to fix the problem. When questioned about the ordered pictures, they then made an excuse and brought me some printed pictures off of the computer. Needless to say, none of my phone calls were returned and I didnt receive any REAL pictures. I have told my friends and they have told their friends to avoid this type of business if at all possible. -Very Disappointed "Customer"(If you can call it that) Pros: Good Photography Cons: Bad Business more
