I have been going to Josephine's for three years now, mostly for manicures and pedicures. I chose Josephine's (over the 1,000 + nail spas in the Houston area) because I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I don't usually write any reviews but my last two experiences at Josephine's have been really poor. This last time was definitely the worst. The lady was obviously in a hurry and it felt like she just cut my nails and then applied the nail polish. She did not even bother to clean up the corners. I was very disappointed. I literally had to go back home to remove all the nail polish disaster and reapply. Very disappointed with the quality of the services recently.
