Review content:
About a week ago, I ordered a pair of sunglasses and was charged for everything (lenses, frames, co-pays, etc.). That same day, I left my eyeglass case and was told that they forgot to charge me for a separate co-pay. Okay, mistakes happen, so I pay the separate charge. Then yesterday, I get a voicemail message telling me that the frames I picked last week won't work for my prescription. So I stop in to pick a different set of frames. I had to pick something less "curved" so I pick a frame that was approximately $40 less than the ones I picked a week earlier. You would think that I would be getting back that $40 difference, right? Nope, they tell me that I was "mischarged" last week and that the lenses would be more money. They tell me I owe another $30 on the new frames that were approximately $40 cheaper than the ones I picked last week. At that point, I was very unhappy. But I had already wasted so much of my time there that I downgraded my lenses so I wouldn't have to owe any more money. Overall, I left very unsatisfied and felt I was getting 'nickel & dimed'. I will be looking for a new place for my optical needs.
