Excellent Service at Eagle Eye Care 12/22/2011

The service is really A+ and I say this because the staff and my opthamologist are genuinely very kind and give great customer service. I have been goign to this ete doctor for many years when they were ar the Columbia Medical Plan and I would never go anyplace else. more

Excellent experience. Dr. Sirotkin and his assistant were very thorough, friendly, and informative. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable. They answered questions I had and made me feel welcome and safe. Look forward to my next visit in two years. more

I always enjoy visits to eagle eye care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The good doctor has one of the best bedside manners ever. Very friendly and down to earth and he never rushes through the exam, he's willing to answer questions and talk to you. more

I like Eagle Eye Care! 11/1/2011

I've been a patient of this office since 2010 and this is the first eye doctor I've been to that was extremely thorough. Dr. Sirotkin did eye tests I've never had performed on me, asked questions never asked of me and that allowed my contact prescription and fitting to be more accurate. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure my needs were met. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is that when I re-ordered my contacts over the phone the person helping me assumed I didn't have eye insurance and didn't check before scaring me with the prices. Once it was confirmed everything was all good. more

Replacement contact lens 10/31/2011

I do not understand why it took more than 3 weeks for me to receive the replacement lens; also, the fee charged appears to be more than VSP says is the usual co-pay. On the positive side (although I subsequently retrieved the lens I thought I had lost), this new lens fits so much better than the original one that I am glad I now have a replacement. more

Annual Eye exam for diabete 10/26/2011

Dr. and his medical tech were both very good at what they do. They both explained everything they were doing to do and did. They answered my questions where I could understand. They were very professional physican and tech. Excellent work. more
