Facial was good with the exception of the exfoliation, the roughest I've ever experienced. The massage was very deep despite my request for more Sweedish style and several requests for less pressure throughout massage. Pedicure was good with the exception of the foot scrub was again, very aggresive and hurt. I felt like because I had pd less than the regular price (dealbug) that they assigned the least experienced people to me. I have had each of these services several other places and never had an experience this poor. Just because someone purchases a deal, doesn't mean they won't return, you should treat them as well as others. I can afford these services, just choose to pay less if I can. The staff was friendly otherwise with the exception of the receptionist who answered the phone the 1st time I called to schedule who was not willing to try to accomidate me and I had to wait for the owner to call me at a later time to set up my appt.
