I was very unhappy with the service I received at your salon. I am new to Birmingham and spent a lot of time searching for a salon. After all of the great reviews I read and seeing the high prices I had high expectations. I arrived at the salon and the ladies at the counter were more than nice and my appointment started right on time. Where my problem lies is with the actual service. I am accustomed to going for a hair cut and having my hair shampooed, cut into a style, and blow-dried. This is not what I received. My hair was shampooed and cut. Not styled, cut. I have long hair and asked for long layers. The layers are choppy and do not blend at all. This is possibly the worst hair cut I have every received. To top it all off the stylist did not even blow dry my hair. He sent me out of the salon with wet hair so I wasn't even able to tell how my hair looked. I now have to find someone else who can fix my hair. I will not be returning to your salon nor recommending your salon to any of my friends or colleagues.
