Coming from having a disturbing salon experience w/another local venue I was excited that I may have finally found a place I could call home However, my 1st appt wasn't so great yet bittersweet. I was scheduled for 5:30pm However, I wasn't seen until roughly 6:30pm. I watched 4 people walk in after me & all were called to the back as I sat & waited The staff ignored me as they talked & laughed amongst themselves. I was so heartbroken & reason is I'd been anticipating my appt I scheduled 3wks in adv. I was stoked from all of the great things that I heard about the salon. However, I wasn't pleased. My stylist did a great job with my color She worked diligently. My bill was absurd, I was stunned! Nonetheless, I didn't leave the salon until after 10pm I would've appreciated it if my bill had been itemized at least so that I could account for the price & services rendered. I would've appreciated it if my stylist hadn't taken it upon herself to add additional services w/o first explaining to me & going over the prices. Most importantly, I would've greatly appreciated if I'd been given a genuine apology for my experience, a discount or a complimentary service. Instead I got, in opinion an over-priced bill. Nothing against anyone, but please know that principle does speak measures.
