In Dec 2010 I was scheduled for a haircut. The wkend before my appt I got a call that the girl who was going to cut it had moved away. and that another girl with the same $ and level of experience would cut it and told me her name. When I arrived for my appt a woman by a diff name told me she would be cut my hair bc the girl who was scheduled to was sick. Devon rushed through the cut-15min. I told her that I just wanted a trim. She cut out my layers,blew it dry, didn't offer me a mirror, then told me she suggested I color my hair. THEN when I went to pay she told the girl at the desk that I needed an appt in 6 weeks for a cut/COLOR. When they told me what I owed it was LITERALLY twice what I had been told. Bc other ppl were waiting to pay, I kept quiet & paid. The next day I called back to have my hair RECUT because it was so uneven. They told me they couldn't fit me in that day, but would the next. So after 2 days of very uneven hair, another woman recut my hair free of charge. However, the problem then was that my hair was several inches shorter than I had wanted it to be to start with. While Tonya herself is a very kind woman, Devon, is 1)dishonest 2) unkind 3) insulting.
