Review content:
I've been serviced at this salon on two occasions. I had the same stylist both times; she's great at her work and I was quite satisfied with my results. However, at my second visit, I was charged an additional $30 more than the 1st visit, for the exact same service, only this time she added a relaxer to my hairline to prep for the styling, a 5 minute process that wasn't even effectual. The receptionist also told me the stylist had graduated to the next level of 'styling' and raised her prices. Seems to me I would have been informed of that prior to servicing. All in all, I guess there's no need for a price chart because the pricing is completely arbitrary so be prepared for surprise at the register. You'd also think the stylist would have followed up with me at some point, but then again, some people just don't take the kind of pride in there work/business that includes caring about their clients. Due to this lack of structure and understanding what a particular service is worth, I won't be returning or referring.
