Being new to Reno, I was a bit nervous about finding a new salon, but I thought I would give Tangerine a shot. I've been getting my hair done (colored) for about 8 years now and have never experienced issues with my home salon when I've brought in pictures of what I want my hair to look like. After close to 4 hours in my first appointment I was pretty sad about the way my hair turned out. There were some color spots that didn't lighten in my bangs and I felt like I left looking nothing like the photo I brought in to the salon. I came in the next day to have my stylist fix a couple of issues we had discussed and spent another 2 hours in the salon. I left with it looking MUCH better and ended up liking my hair in the end, but was disappointed in how long everything took and that I was made to feel really picky, even though I looked nothing like the picture I provided. Still unsure if I will go back again.
