I tried this theater once, because it's closer than Muvico at Arundle Mills. Parking was easy and the patrons are pretty well behaved. However, the screen ratio was messed up and the film kept getting botched up. No one came to fix it. I understand the movie was a cartoon, but the characters looked oddly fat! I wrote a complaint letter and they sent me some free movie passes. The manage explained that they were concerned with their projectionists. I'm still annoyed that the quality control was so low and I hope they've fixed the problem.
