Better than Some, but Not My Favorite 9/28/2005

I tried this theater once, because it's closer than Muvico at Arundle Mills. Parking was easy and the patrons are pretty well behaved. However, the screen ratio was messed up and the film kept getting botched up. No one came to fix it. I understand the movie was a cartoon, but the characters looked oddly fat! I wrote a complaint letter and they sent me some free movie passes. The manage explained that they were concerned with their projectionists. I'm still annoyed that the quality control was so low and I hope they've fixed the problem. more

Stadium Seating in Clean Theater 6/30/2005

We recently visited the Regal Bowie Cinema to see the latest Batman movie (Batman Begins) and had a very pleasant experience. Although we were running tight on time, the line moved relatively quickly with a three salespersons. There are many theaters/movies to choose from within the cinema building. The theaters themselves have stadium seating which is wonderful! No more trying to look over the guy in front of you just to see the screen. They also accept gift certificates, even the ones from Kellogg's cereal (which we used). Altogether, a good place to see a movie. more
