Review content:
I think that Rhonda does a great job at cutting hair. However, it appears as the business is starting to expand and grow the quality of service is deteriorating. Previously, I set an appointment with Rhonda which they seem to have lost. When I showed up for my appointment, Rhonda attempted to make up for it by setting me up with a new stylist who I was not familiar with or his experience. I am a super busy person, so it wasn't until 1.5 week later after I got my haircut that my haircut lacked movement and could not be styled. Basically, I paid $75 for a trim. I attempted to set an appointment so they can correct it, but they can only set an appointment for during the week. I told them that is was inconvenient to my works schedule and the receptionist told me that if I wanted my hair corrected than this was the only time available. I told them that I would take the appointment, but could not guarantee that I would be able to make the appointment. As I projected, work obligations prevented me from making my appointment. I called to reschedule, but I wanted to schedule the correction over an appointment I had scheduled for color. Conveniently, this appointment is not in their calendar. I have not heard from anyone at the salon to correct the problem. Theresa Keenan
